Apple has reported a decline in iPhone sales for the second quarter in a row. There are lots of reasons including people waiting for the new iPhone to be announced in September as well as market saturation. Most people who want a smartphone already have one. Another reason is competition from Samsung’s phones including the impressive Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge but an important reason is the plethora of inexpensive Android phones.

The website Android Authority has details about the Best Cheap Android Phones (July 2016) that includes the $200 Moto G from Motorola and Huawei’s Honor 5X, which will soon debut in the U.S. for $200 or less. I haven’t tried it yet, but — based on pictures — it looks beautiful.

There is also the OnePlus X, a pretty high-end $199 Android phone and plenty more where it came from — China.
