Android to get more privacy & security features

Google’s Android operating system for smartphones is in many ways very competitive with Apple’s iOS for its iPhone. But Apple has always been ahead when it comes to privacy tools. However, Google is working to catch up with changes to its upcoming Android 11 operating system, including the ability to give an app permission to do something only once instead of either always never or only when the app is in use. Google is also limiting the ability of apps to get data from other apps and adding secure document storage along with more biometric options to improve the security of apps.
