FREE: Cloudmark's SpamNet: Works with Outlook to isolate spam (free -- Windows)
MailWasher: Checks your (pop3) e-mail and lets you delete or "bounce" spam. If you bounce it, it sends a message to the spammer that you don't exist which -- in many cases -- causes them to remove your address. Shareware: free, but a donation is requested. (Windows)
